Nappytalia Cosmetics is a haircare brand specialising in products for curly, coily, Afro, textured and mixed-texture hair.

Information provided on this website, through WhatsApp, social media or other Nappytalia communication channels is intended as general haircare guidance and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on the Nappytalia Ghana website are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

5. Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including their name, telephone number, email address and delivery information.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or technical error.

If we are unable to fulfil an order that has already been paid for, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative solution.

6. Payments

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include debit or credit cards, Mobile Money and other supported electronic payment methods.

Orders requiring online payment will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised or confirmed.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. Nappytalia does not directly store full debit or credit card details submitted through external payment processors.

7. Delivery in Ghana

Delivery is available within Ghana according to the delivery options available for the customer’s location.

Delivery fees are paid by the customer and calculated based on the delivery location.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details and a reachable telephone number.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, courier availability, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. International Orders

International shipping may be available to selected destinations.

Customers placing international orders are responsible for applicable shipping charges and any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other fees imposed by the destination country or third parties.

Such charges are not included in the product price unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers located in Europe are encouraged to order through the Nappytalia Italy/Europe website where applicable.

9. Delivery Information and Failed Deliveries

Nappytalia Cosmetics is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required and that the telephone number supplied with the order can be reached by the courier or delivery rider.

Additional delivery, return or redelivery costs caused by an incorrect address, inability to contact the customer, refusal of delivery or failure to collect an order may be charged to the customer.

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Any visible damage, leakage, broken packaging or incorrect item must be reported to Nappytalia immediately upon receipt of the order.

Please keep the affected product and its original packaging and provide clear photographs when reporting an issue.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, all sales are generally final.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they are confirmed to be defective.

We do not generally provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference or products incorrectly selected by the customer.

Exceptions may apply to damaged, defective or incorrect products in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable law.

12. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed, prepared for dispatch or handed over to a courier or delivery rider, cancellation may no longer be possible.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discounts and coupon codes may be subject to specific conditions, including validity dates, minimum order values, eligible products or usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Nappytalia reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, without affecting orders already validly completed under that promotion.
