Delivery fees are paid by the customer and may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service used.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability and courier availability. Once your order has been prepared, our team will provide the relevant delivery information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes. Nappytalia Cosmetics can ship selected orders internationally from Ghana, including to the United States and Europe.

International shipping costs are paid by the customer and depend on the destination, parcel weight and courier charges.

Please contact us before placing an international order so that we can confirm product availability and provide a shipping quotation.

ORDERS TO EUROPE

Customers based in Europe can order directly from our European website, where products are already available for European delivery.

If you choose to order products directly from Ghana instead, the order will be treated as an international shipment.

International shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the shipment may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges upon arrival.

Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

ORDERS TO THE UNITED STATES

We can ship products from Ghana to the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, parcel size or weight and courier service and are paid by the customer.

The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges that may be applied by the destination country or carrier.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For international orders, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can legally be imported into their country.
